Guess what I found!

Having said that I thought that I might do couch to 5k again I went onto iTunes to download it. To my surprise and delight there is a 5 k graduate programme aimed at improving speed and stamina different podcasts for different aims. So the speed one is an intervals session etc. so no worries sorting out tricky timing etc it even paces the music to how fast your feet should be going! How cool is that!
So motivational surge ensues!
Still going to do c25k first though as not fully recovered from cough. Will start tomorrow!

I couldn't run at all, but pride wouldn't let me be seen to be unable to run so I started a walk run programme.
