Got up and did 30 minutes rowing.
i have realised that writing about it on my blog means that I have to do it, which helped to get me out of bed!
Intervals in the rain this evening. Only 4 sets, run at 9/10 effort for 30 seconds then 5/10 for 2 minutes. It looked really easy on paper but I was glad when it finished.
i have adopted an eat when I’m hungry regime, but eating well ( ie no biscuits or sweets). Ended up having a mid morning snack ( peanut butter and pitta bread) and an afternoon snack ( Apple and oatcakes) as well as my 3 meals!
Time to sleep to get ready for tomorrow’s workouts. Got my kit out ready!
