Day 3 fat burn revolution

Repetitive post, sorry, will keep it short.

no gentle aerobic workout this am, too busy. Didn’t get to eat between 6 am and 6pm ( well not quite true, a couple of bananas in the car) Excuses, excuses!!

Did the body blast this evening, press ups, star jumps, burpees planks, steps etc.

It is a high intensity workout, it really gets your heart rate up!

Trying not to think too much, just do it!
