Some killer exercises today! I’m guessing that my glutes are quite weak, based on the difficulty I had with this exercise! At least the calf raises were easy!
you may have noticed that day 4 didn’t follow straight on from day 3, there was an intervening rest day. Day 7 is supposed to be a rest day and I probably will still take that, just budging everything along a day. I don’t want to take too many extra rest days.
I have been feeling the effects in my muscles, just a mild awareness of their slightly achy presence, which in a funny way is quite pleasant. It makes you feel like something is happening.
