Yoga today. Just as well because
1. It was icy out and I don’t want to slip.
2. So much exercise this week that I have run out of sports bras until I do the laundry!
After yoga we went go karting which I expect undid all the good of yoga!!
I think / hope that yoga counts as exercise, as realistically I wouldn’t want to be running every day, I think that I would injure myself!
Something cardiovascular tomorrow!
