Dozy moo!

thats me! More and more of the time these days, must be my age.😔On this particular occasion I failed to notice that jantastic and janathon are actually  different! Yes I have signed up for both and didn’t actually realise.


Never mind! Day 6 of exercise and blogging. Day 2 of jantastic where I have signed up to run 3 times per week.

Either way it’s all very motivating. I feel like I owe it to you to do what I signed up to  and it seems to be good for me! It’s the cross training every day   .  I’ve had those mild but good aches in my triceps following the rowing  and I seem to be staving off the back pain.  On tonight’s run, short because of time pressure, I felt quite strong and actually ran at a pace which was fast but comfortable for me.

Hi my name is julie and I took up running at the age of 46! Hence 'mawil' Middle Aged Woman In Lycra. I did it at first because someone asked me to do a charity run with them. I couldn't run at all, but pride wouldn't let me be seen to be unable to run so I started a walk run programme.
